MEET YOUR PROJECT MANAGER
Spanning three decades, Rob has led an impressive career as a project manager in the engineering and vertical transportation fields. A ‘big-picture thinker’, Rob is an experienced project leader of construction and engineering teams. Notably, in 2005, Rob was lead PM for the redesign of a complete factory production line at James N. Kirby Pty.Ltd. Refrigeration resulting in significant increases in production output and a decrease in labour costs.
Rob holds Electrical Certificate III and Fitting, Machining & Engineering Certificate III trade qualifications from TAFE NSW as well as a Bachelor of Social Science from Western Sydney University and a Diploma of Business from Academy Training Group. He was also a recipient of the Global KAIZEN™ Award (for lean manufacturing and continuous improvement) in 2005 and is a registered NSW Justice of the Peace.
Serving as the project manager at JCA, Rob plays a major role in ensuring the seamless management of all projects and client communication. Rob is responsible for all project deliverables from design, evaluation and procurement to the onsite management process. Through his commitment to this role, Rob has helped JCA improve the performance of our team and ensure our client retention rate of 99.99%.
Away from JCA, Rob enjoys adventuring with his two young children, motorbike and mountain bike riding in his spare time.
