Strata & Residential
We’ve got your best interests at heart.
Most strata buildings aren’t just buildings. They are people’s homes. Which brings an added layer of consideration when managing strata projects, as simple things can be detrimental to the wellbeing of the community that calls the building home.
As well as understanding how vertical transportation can impact the wellbeing of the residents of the building, we also work to minimise the sometimes high cost associated with lifts on behalf of the strata committee or homeowner.
We offer a specialised and tailored solution for residential or strata clients which includes consultation on the best approach to the installation, upgrade and ongoing maintenance and repairs of your lift.
Our quality assurance process is non-negotiable. This involves all site inspection surveys and documentation being internally reviewed before our work is presented to our clients. To further control our quality, we only utilise our in-house expertise in:
Site Inspections
Design Engineering
Project & Contract Management

Tender process management
The process includes a comprehensive reporting assessment for the project including our recommendations and further negotiations in order to achieve the best outcome for you or your strata committee.
Project services and management
Onsite contractor and project supervision are provided which ensures your projects are coordinated in your best interests. This includes quality inspections, progress reporting and final certification and defect inspections.
Service Agreements (Ongoing maintenance contracts)
While we don’t carry out the maintenance ourselves, we are the independent facilitators who can prepare performance-based maintenance agreements along with the review of existing agreements.
We conduct negotiations on your behalf and provide ongoing maintenance tendering services. This includes site-specific equipment, performance requirements and contractor KPIs with consideration given to your individual premises.
We also provide bulk tendering services for strata precincts or a collective of strata plans managed by the same common strata management company.
